    With the room recommendations feature, no need to waste time searching for rooms, compatible times, or amenities for meetings. You simply select attendees and a window of time for a meeting, and VuBook will recommend a best fit (an exact time, room size, etc.)

    One of the largest causes of wasted time and space are ghost meetings where people have set up meetings they no longer attend. Our sensors, seamlessly connected to VuBook, can determine when a room is unoccupied and unbook reservations if no one attends. Autobooking rooms eliminates the need to check in. Sensors can automatically book the room or confirm a reservation. Our platform, VuSpace, provides reports including: rooms booked with room displays, meetings canceled by sensors, occupancy vs. capacity, and room/amenity usage, providing you with all the data you need.

    With 70% of all meetings scheduled on the fly, let VuBook help your company hold meetings the right way. Our mobile app combines many of the features of VuBook in one easy-to-access platform. It offers access to the Interactive Map Display, remote desk booking, QR code booking, intelligent booking of spaces or meetings, and more. It’s available in Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store. It’s the perfect compliment to our system and makes booking a room an even more convenient and fluid part of your office experience.
